June Gottlieb, Coldwell Banker Warburg’s #1 top producing individual agent in 2020, #2 top producer in 2018, and consistently a top ten producing agent since 2006, has been a real estate professional who has closed deals all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Hamptons for over 33 years. She co-leads the Gottlieb Team at Coldwell Banker Warburg, the firm’s top-producing team since its inception in 2016. June was named one of America’s Top Real Estate Agents by Sales Volume in the Wall Street Journal REAL Trends ranking in 2020 and 2018.
June has closed deals all over Manhattan and Brooklyn, and is regularly quoted as a trusted expert in various publications and websites including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New York Post, Forbes, Brick Underground, The New York Observer, and Apartment Therapy.
June grew up in Manhattan and, with her husband, has also raised their children there, who are now alums of Spence and the Horace Mann School, holding degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Columbia University, and the University of Michigan. She is an active member of Wharton Women's Circle and Penn's Alumni Association.
June is also a Founding Board Member of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC). Founded in 2018 for residential real estate agents, the organization focuses on enhancing the consumer experience and elevating the status of the residential brokerage profession in New York City. The group encourages innovation, transparency, ethics, advocacy, influence, best practices, education, collegiality, and professional networking. June also sits on various committees and boards of philanthropic organizations that fight discrimination and bigotry. In her spare time, June loves traveling to all corners of NYC with friends and family to explore the city’s many wonderful restaurants.
